1. About WhyCab

WhyCab is a pre-launch intercity-mobility technology platform currently operated by Gaurav Agarwal under the WhyCab brand (“WhyCab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

WhyCab is not presently accepting public ride bookings or providing transportation services. These Terms govern access to the WhyCab website and any passenger-app demonstration, invitation-only test, or pre-launch evaluation that we make available.

2. Pre-launch access

Any app, demonstration, route, fare, vehicle, seat, timing, payment, wallet, tracking, or booking information shown before launch is illustrative or for testing unless we expressly state otherwise. It is not an offer or confirmed transportation booking.

We may change, suspend, reset, or withdraw pre-launch functionality and test data without notice. Do not rely on the Platform for travel, emergencies, payments, or other time-sensitive purposes before we announce public launch.

3. Acceptable use

You must use the Platform lawfully and must not impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, scrape or reverse engineer the Platform, upload malicious material, or misuse another person’s information.

If you participate in testing, provide accurate information and do not enter real payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive personal data unless we specifically request it through an enabled and secure production flow.

4. Accounts and test data

We may issue, restrict, reset, or close pre-launch accounts. Test accounts and data may be deleted before launch. You are responsible for protecting OTPs and access to your device and for notifying us if you suspect unauthorized use.

5. Intellectual property

The WhyCab name, software, design, content, and associated materials belong to Gaurav Agarwal or the relevant licensors. We grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to evaluate the Platform for its intended pre-launch purpose.

6. Third-party services

The Platform may use services supplied by mapping, cloud, messaging, payment, app-store, or other providers. Their own terms and notices may apply. Maps, routes, distances, and estimated times may be incomplete or inaccurate.

7. Availability and liability

Pre-launch services are provided for evaluation on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or preservation of test data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Changes and launch terms

We may update these Terms as the product and business structure develop. Before public bookings begin, we will publish launch terms covering bookings, transport-provider relationships, fares, payments, cancellations, refunds, safety, grievance handling, and other operational matters. Users will be asked to accept the applicable version where required.

9. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by Indian law, subject to non-waivable rights and applicable statutory forums.
