1. About these Terms

WhyCab is a pre-launch intercity-mobility technology platform currently operated by Gaurav Agarwal under the WhyCab brand (“WhyCab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms govern access to any driver-partner app demonstration, invitation-only test, onboarding discussion, or pre-launch evaluation. WhyCab is not presently accepting public bookings, onboarding drivers for live commercial trips, collecting subscription fees, or providing transportation services.

2. No approval or commercial relationship yet

Downloading, viewing, or testing the Partner Platform does not approve anyone as a driver-partner, create employment, agency, or a transport contract, guarantee access to future trips, or authorize commercial passenger transport.

Routes, passenger requests, fares, earnings, incentives, balances, settlements, documents, and performance information displayed in a test environment are illustrative unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.

3. Test participation

You must provide accurate information, use only an account assigned to you, protect OTPs and device access, and follow reasonable test and security instructions. Do not upload original identity, driving, vehicle, banking, tax, or other sensitive documents unless WhyCab expressly requests them through an approved secure onboarding flow.

You must not attempt unauthorized access, copy passenger information, spoof location, manipulate test trips or balances, interfere with the Platform, or use pre-launch functionality to arrange or provide an actual passenger trip.

4. Legal responsibility

Pre-launch access does not replace any driving licence, commercial permit, registration, fitness certificate, insurance, tax, police verification, medical requirement, State authorization, or other legal requirement. You remain responsible for complying with law and must not represent that WhyCab has verified or approved you before formal onboarding is completed.

5. Test data and availability

We may change, suspend, reset, or close pre-launch accounts and delete test data. The Partner Platform is supplied for evaluation on an “as available” basis, and features may be incomplete or unavailable.

6. Intellectual property and confidentiality

The WhyCab name, software, design, content, and materials belong to Gaurav Agarwal or the relevant licensors. We grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable evaluation right. Any passenger or test-user information made available must be kept confidential and used only for the authorized test.

7. Launch agreement

Before commercial onboarding or trips begin, WhyCab will issue detailed partner terms covering eligibility, verification, vehicles, applicable State requirements, fares, subscription or platform fees, payments, incentives, cancellations, insurance, safety, data use, suspension, grievances, and dispute handling. Formal acceptance and approval will be required.

8. Liability, law, and contact

To the extent permitted by law, WhyCab does not promise uninterrupted pre-launch access, future onboarding, trip volume, earnings, or preservation of test data. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by Indian law, subject to applicable statutory forums.
